Everything You Need to Get Your Prescription
Keep in mind that many prescriptions can be refilled by contacting your pharmacy directly. Your pharmacy will contact our office electronically, and we'll then send your authorization back to your pharmacy.
Plan Your Refills Ahead
If you'd rather call our office for your refill request, please do so during regular office hours. Refill request will not be filled during weekends, holidays, or after hours.
How to Call In a Refill
When you call in for your refills, please be prepared with your medication name, dosage, and the pharmacy name and telephone number where you would like your refill called into. Note that no narcotic medication will be called in during after hours - no exceptions.
When to Call In Your Refill
If your medication requires an office visit or fasting blood work, please contact us when your supply gets down to 2 weeks so we can arrange a convenient time for you to come in. Examples include cholesterol, diabetic, thyroid, blood pressure, and some mental health medications.
